1.Return and Exchange Period

You can request a return or exchange within 10 days from the date you receive your order

International Orders: Only returns are accepted for international orders; exchanges are

not available

2.Conditions for Return and Exchange

To ensure that your return or exchange request is accepted, the following conditions must be met

The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

The product must be in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories

There must be no signs of use, such as perfumes, sweat, stains, or any modifications to the product

3.Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

Discounted or promotional items unless they have a manufacturing defect

Underwear and socks due to hygiene reasons

Customized or altered products based on the customer’s request 


4.Return and Exchange Shipping Costs

Within Saudi Arabia: The customer is responsible for a 30 SAR return or exchange shipping fee

International Orders: Return shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the shipment. Exchange services are not available for international orders

5.How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can easily submit a return or exchange request through our Instagram account

1 Send a direct message DM on @linomar.sa including

Order number

Name of the product to be returned or exchanged

Reason for return or exchange optional

2 You will receive a response within 24 hours with the shipping details and return address

3 Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your request according to our return policy

6.Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the product

If the payment was made in cash on delivery, the refund will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer

Shipping fees and any additional service charges are non-refundable

7.Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via Instagram @linomar.sa

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs
